    I walked on to Boston College basketball, competed in the ACC, and learned what it means to prepare for moments that matter. After law school, I built Seton Hall Law's sports, entertainment, and gaming program from the ground up and now run the Annual Gaming Law Bootcamp, one of the largest in the country. I founded Jacobs Counsel to give athletes, creators, gaming companies, and startups the same thing I wanted as a walk-on: someone who takes your deal as seriously as you do.

    How I Work

    How does your pricing work?

    Fixed fees for defined projects. Monthly retainers for ongoing counsel. I quote a price before we start and that's what you pay. If a matter requires hourly work, it's $350/hour in 6-minute increments, agreed in advance.

    Yes. That's what Deal Counsel is for. Flat fee, defined scope, fast turnaround. A lot of clients start there.
